The site - V&A
The room - 50A 'Medieval and Renaissance 1350 - 1600' 

This collaborative project started with mapping all aspects of this spectacular room. From the physical space to the interaction of people within the space. Using the grid floor tiles allows us to make a accurate 1/25 model of room 50A. 
Giving the sculptures personalities, researching their past and creating a narrative was the next step, bringing the room to life. 

The V&A Secret Garden Party was born. Taking the ancient stories from a select few sculptures, we created a path around the room that intertwined with audio and had elements of listener participation and decision making. A fun and educational approach to room 50A.
